bother的意思是有“努力，盡力；費心”。

He hasn't even bothered to write.

他甚至根本就沒動筆。

Don't bother making the bed - I'll do it later.

不用麻煩你鋪牀——回頭我來鋪。

can't be bothered就是我們常說的懶得（做）；不想費力，可以搭配botherto do以及bother doing。

I can't be bothered to iron my clothes.

我懶得燙衣服。

2. fashion

關於方式，我們常說的有way，manner，fashion以及pattern。
