倫敦奧運奧委會整治官員黃牛黨出奇招大綱

The International Olympic Committee has launched an investigation into claims that officials and agents have been offering tickets for this summer's games on the black market, the Telegraph reported。

據《每日電訊報》報道，國際奧委會已經就官員和官方售票機構在黑市上倒賣倫敦奧運會門票一事展開調查。

Thousands of the best seats at the top events - including the 100m final - are alleged to have been up for sale after being siphoned off from official supplies held by overseas National Olympic Committees (NOCs)。
據稱，黑市上倒賣的門票，有數千張熱門比賽比如100米決賽的絕佳座位。這些票都是從各地奧委會的官方供應門票中流出去的。

The NOCs are forbidden to sell their tickets abroad or to anyone who plans to resell them. However, undercover reporters from the Sunday Times posing as Middle Eastern ticket touts claim to have found 27 officials and agents who were willing to do business。
各地奧委會不允許將票賣給除了本國之外的人或者倒票的人。但是《星期日泰晤士報》的暗訪記者假裝成中東票販子，發現有27個官員和官方票務處樂意倒票。
