數字語音服務

Husband:I’m so frustrated!
真掃興！
Wife:what’s wrong,Jim?
怎麼了，Jim?
Husband:I called the electronics shop to find out what time they close,and it took me twenty minutes to get what I wanted!
我給電器店打電話問他們什麼時候關門，可我花了二十分鐘才弄清楚。
Wife:Twenty minutes just to find out what their business hours are?
二十分鐘才查出他們的營業時間？
Husband: have some sort of digital when I called in ,a machine told me to push a button for the department I wanted to be transferred to.
是的。他們使用的是數字語音服務。我打進電話後，機器告訴我按一個鍵接通要找的部門。
Wife:Oh,I hate getting voicemail instead of a did you do?
我不喜歡語音服務。你當時是怎麼辦的？
Husband:I just kept pushing buttons.I was transferred to customer service,but there a machine told me to choose between technical help,warranty information,or price information.
我不停地（根據提示）按鍵。先是接通的客戶服務部，可機器讓我按鍵選擇技術服務，保修信息或是價格信息。
Wife:Couldn’d you choose to be transferred to a real person?
難道你就不能選擇接通服務人員？
Husband:Eventually I did get to a real person.I found out the closing time,but by then the store had already closed!
最後，終於有個人接了我的電話。我知道了關門時間，但是那時已經關門了。
