《哈利波特》外傳來襲 小雀斑出演男一號
Eddie Redmayne is officially starring in Harry Potter Movie Fantastic Beasts。
據官方消息公佈，埃迪·雷德梅尼將正式出演《哈利波特》外傳系列之《神奇動物在哪裏》。Rumors swirled for months that Redmayne, 33, was being courted for the starring role in the big-screen adaptation of ing's 2001 book. Warner Bros. finally confirmed on Monday, June 1, that the British star has signed on for the flick。
幾個月以來一直有消息謠傳，J.K.羅琳2001年寫的小說要改編成大電影，並由33歲的雷德梅尼擔綱主演。6月1日華納影業最終證實了這一消息，確認已與雷德梅尼簽了出演合同。
"Eddie Redmayne has emerged as one of today’s most extraordinarily talented and acclaimed actors," Warner Bros. exec Greg Silverman said in a statement. "We are thrilled to welcome him into J.K. Rowling's Wizarding World, where we know he will deliver a remarkable performance as Newt Scamander, the central character in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them."

The Oscar winner will take on the role of magizoologist and author Newt, whose work later makes its way to the halls of Hogwarts. The flick will take place decades before Harry Potter's famed story, but is not serving as a direct prequel to the seven books and eight movies。

"The laws and customs of the hidden magical society will be familiar to anyone who has read the Harry Potter books or seen the films, but Newt's story will start in New York, 70 years before Harry's gets underway."

The celebrated filmmaker previously led Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Parts 1 and 2.
大衛葉茨確認執導該部電影。此前《哈利波特與鳳凰令》、《哈利波特與混血王子》、《哈利波特與死亡聖器》的上下兩部都是由大衛執導的。
