職場生活:你是都市"賴班族"嗎?

明明已過了下班的時間點,許多人卻偏偏“賴”在辦公室不肯回家。繼“上班族”、“月光族”等現代“族羣”之後,都市又悄然興起了“賴班族”,且“賴班”人羣呈明顯上升趨勢。

賴在辦公室的好處:
In China, the end of the day for most office workers is between five to six thirty. However, there are some people who are reluctant to go home when they finished their work. They prefer to hang on in their office until very late. They are called 賴班族。 When they are off work, they choose to stay in the office, talking with their friends on Internet or doing some online shopping. It is fine really for them. Or, the off duty time is also the rush hour. It takes twice time long for them to get home. So they’d rather play badminton in the gym nearby.
在中國,下班的時間是下午五點到六點半間。但是很多上班族卻不願意下班後就立即後加,而是一直待在辦公室直到很晚,這樣的一羣人就在“上班族”。下班時,他們選擇呆在辦公司內,可以跟朋友網上聊聊天,或者是網購東西。另外是因爲下半時間正好是交通高峯期,從公司到家要花費平時時間的兩倍。與其花費在路上,他們更願意在公司附近的體育館打羽毛球。

孤獨型賴班人:
As the Internet has developed, people social skill has decreased. As long as the popularization of online network, more and more people have been gone to maintain their interpersonal relationship on the Internet. When they get off work, they are reluctant to hang out with their friends. Communication on the Internet makes them feel more comfortable and easy. If office workers get used to hang on in their offices, they will get more depressed and isolated. To avoid these problems, they need to expand their social circles by spending their time on the Internet and attending more activities with their friends.
隨着網絡的普及,人們的交際能力呈下降趨勢.因爲越來越多的人開始在網上跟朋友保持聯繫。下班後,他們更願意待在辦公司網上聊天,因爲這會使他們感覺更舒服自在些。長期保持賴班狀態容易造成自我封閉抑鬱等現狀。 賴班族們需要一些娛樂活動,朋友間的交往以及家人團聚等方式拓寬自己的交往圈,從而擺脫種種不良狀態。

焦慮性賴班人:
This type of office workers are usually under pressure for a long time. They habitually feel anxious which impairs their work efficiency. So the first thing to do is to reduce their stress. During their work time, they can turn off everything may distract them and make detailed work schedule roles and start on the most important assignment.
因爲擔心工作不敢回家的賴班族,往往具有焦慮特質。由於工作壓力大,長期精神緊張,他們的工作效率反而降低。所以可以嘗試自我減壓,在上班時期間所有干擾,制定詳細詳細的工作計劃等方式來提高效率。
