生命的意義 The Meaning of Life

Compared to the universe, our lives are really short,just like a meter. But the meaning of life doesn’t depend on its length butcontributions. For example, Marie Curie, in order to find the radium, shedevoted her whole life to the research. Though the radioactive element hadshorter her life, she never gave up her mind to serve the world. According toher story, I conclude that the first meaning of life is contribution. Thestandard of judging a life isn’t how much he asks for but how much he givesaway.

和宇宙相比，我們的生命其實很短暫，彷彿只有一米。但是生命的意義並不取決於它的長度，而取決於它的貢獻。比如，居里夫人爲了發現鐳把她的畢生都奉獻到研究中。儘管放射性元素縮短了她的生命，但她從來沒有放棄爲世界服務的決心。根據她的故事，我可以得出這樣一個結論，生命的最初意義在於奉獻。判斷一個人生命的標準不是他索取了多少而是他貢獻了多少。

The second meaning of life is struggling for our of us has goals, such as longing for position, hoping for wealth and lookingforward to be loved. However, the path leading to them isn’t filled with roses. Butno matter how tough to accomplish our dream we should never say die. If  you really want to achieve them, please keepdiligent and patient just like an English motto goes;“No pains ,nogains.”

生命的第二大意義在於爲我們的目標努力奮鬥。我們每個人都有目標，比如追求職位，渴望財富，期待被愛。但是，通往它們的道路是佈滿荊棘的。但是不管實現夢想有多艱難，我們都應該永不言敗。如果你真的想實現它們，請保持勤奮和耐心，就像一句英語座右銘說的：“沒有付出就沒有收穫。”

The third meaning of life is happiness. Not only shouldwe keep happy, but also bring enjoyment to others example, we can have anoptimistic attitude which can affect the people in our surroundings. Besides, weare supposed to be ready to help others, because in this way we can make both usand them happy .I consider it an unchangeable truth that ‘Helping others createshappiness.’

生命的第三大意義在於快樂。我們不僅應該保持快樂，也應該給別人帶來快樂。比如，我們可以抱着樂觀的態度去影響身邊的人。此外，我們應該樂於助人，因爲這樣我們可以使我們和別人都開心。我認爲“助人爲樂”是不變的真理。

 just want to say, the lives for usare limited, but we are able to make efforts to make it shine out eve it,though our lives are rather short, we can also make a hit we try our best,our lives will be meaningful aswell.

我只想說，生命給予我們的是有限的，但是我們可以努力使它發光。相信，儘管我們的生命很短暫，我們同樣可以使它綻放光芒。如果我們盡力了，我們的生命同樣有意義。
