托福考試主要是考查美音，畢竟託福最初就是作爲想要去美國留學的考生必備的語言考試。在過去的托福考試中，一度出現過英音，但都是曇花一現，並沒有持續形成規律。
ETS托福考試官方在2013年3月1號指出會在之後慢慢出現三種其他的口音，分別是英音，澳大利亞口音，新西蘭口音。
但是在2013年一整年這些口音並沒有出現在正式的考題當中，2014年英音有出現在正式的考題中，次數極其少，2015年也沒有出現。
隨着2014年起歐洲各個大學拒絕申請者提交託福成績的政策出現，ETS也會考慮取消英音在託福題目的出現。
而且很多學生在聽英語的時候對英音與美音的區別沒有任何概念，這也會導致一些無法識別的問題。

I think college students should choose their majors after finishing some courses. First, most senior high students are quite confused about their career perspectives after they graduate from high school. Few of them know what their real interests are since what they leant in the high school are quite basic. However, after taking some courses in the first year in the college, they get to know what they are passionate about. On the other hand, if the freshmen just rush into some areas that they are not good at, they will definitely regret and it’s a waste of time to switch major halfway.

Do you agree or disagree with the statement that government should forbid bad language in TV programs.

I totally agree with the statement to forbid the dirty words in TV programs. There are several reasons.
Firstly, for the betterment of children’s growth, we need to protect children’s world from what they see to what they listen. When they are exposed to the TV programs with dirty words, chances are high for them to be influenced by the program subconsciously. From their personality to their social behavior, they may start use these inappropriate language without knowing it.
Though the TV program itself will testify that the dirty words or expressions are for the effectiveness of the program, it still cannot escape from the condemnation from the general public.
