去星巴克怎樣點咖啡

+ Quant (1) 數量

+ for here/to go (to go) 店裏喝還是帶走

+ hot/ice (hot) 冷飲/熱飲

+ decaf/caf (caf) 含不含咖啡因

+ shots (according to the drink and size) ESPRESSO的劑量

+ cup size (mainly 4 sizes: short, tall, grande, venti) 杯子大小

+ syrup (now non-fat syrups are now available!) 味道(香草,檸檬,巧克力...)

+ milk (2%) (1%, soy milk, skim milk) 牛奶

+ custom (none) (Xhot, Xice, -Foam, ...) 個人要求

怎麼樣, 很有意思吧. 星八克就是用這樣的咖啡文化來吸引一個有一個的回頭顧客的. 比如,他的SIZE就不用LARGE, SMALL.他選擇意大利語的詞. 星八克講究喝咖啡要要喝的PROFESSIONAL.

另外的一個特色就是,每個顧客都可以點他/她自己的咖啡.想要都個性就有多個性.通過上面的名字,你可以點世界上只有你會喝的咖啡. 這個叫customization. 這也是個趨勢.星八克的每個barista都可以向你保證,只要你說的出來,我門就能做的出來.如果你去其他的咖啡點,你能點你要想的溫度嗎?星八克可以做任何溫度的咖啡.只要你說到,我們就會給你做出來.

有一次,一個顧客點了一杯:

extra shot Grande peppermint 1% 120 degree no whipped cream caramel macchiato

我幾次焦糖沒撒漂亮,那位小姐說:"well, it's not what i expect... but it's ok i'll take it." 我說:"oh i am sorry miss, i will definitely make it again" 我把剛做好的那杯倒掉. 再做了一邊. 她嚐了還是覺得不夠好.於是我又做了2邊. 最後,她終於開心的接受我做的第5杯.

當然,這是個極端的例子,因爲我們的點一直都有很多人.但是這個例子正說明了星八克的文化:我們做世界上最好的咖啡.因爲這件事,我沒被批評,還被店長表揚了.

我接受訓練的那些日子,每天要喝幾十杯咖啡.自己做了喝,再和老師做的.對比後,倒掉,重新做.雖然是浪費.但是就是這樣的訓練才讓每位BARISTA都優秀.

我自己最喜歡喝的是:

cold --> iced grande easy ice half passion half green tea lemonade
