1. fighting fit
fighting fit的意思是非常強健的，形容身強體健還可以說muscular，比如：
muscular arms/legs
肌肉發達的手臂／雙腿
要注意的是，如果你要誇別人看起來很健康，最好不要說“You look healthy“。
Healthy這個字表面上看來是健康，但它也是近幾年來流行的委婉說法，意思是胖嘟嘟、圓潤的。
“You look great“和“You look well“都可以。
2. be none the wiser
如果你說某人經歷某件事或者聽過解釋之後依然“be none the wiser”，你的意思是說他們依然不明白，或者完全沒有意識到發生了什麼。
He seems to be none the wiser after all this.
經過這一切後他看來還是那樣稀裏糊塗。
I've read the instructions twice and I'm still none the wiser.
我已經讀過兩遍說明書了，可還是不明白。
3. go down a storm
要說某件事受歡迎或很成功，你可以說它“go down a storm”。
Last night's party went down a storm, it was incredible.昨晚的派對非常成功，令人難以置信。
